A safari in search of the 'Big Five' is an absolute must. There are several ways to enjoy this experience. You can join a morning safari with breakfast or an evening safari with a bush dinner in a private game reserve, guided in an open jeep. For an even more immersive experience, an overnight stay in a luxury tented camp is also possible.
You can also go on safari in the famous Kruger Park, either with your own vehicle or with a guide. If you choose to drive yourself, we recommend taking the unpaved roads for a more authentic bush experience. Just make sure your vehicle is suitable for the terrain.
For the adrenaline seekers
If you’re an adventure enthusiast, there are plenty of thrilling activities available, such as the Big Swing in Graskop, canopy tours, tubing, and abseiling in Magoebaskloof.

Closer to the villa, you can visit fascinating sites like Jessica the Hippo, Kinyonga Reptile centre or Moholoholo rehabilitation centre
Experience the Blyde River Canyon
For those who want to explore the stunning beauty of the Blyde River Canyon, a Blyde Dam boat trip is highly recommended. There’s a good chance you'll spot hippos while taking in the breathtaking scenery. From the boat you can also see Mariepskop.
On-site activities
On the property itself, you can enjoy mountain biking or walking while searching for wildlife. Horseback riding is also available.
